This page is information about registration for participants/listeners. There are five categories of participant registration: gala dinner, first day, second day, third day, and three days. Fees and compliments are different for each categories.
On the first day of ICoICT 2016, there will be keynote speeches from three keynote speakers, presentations from tutorial speakers, and gala dinner. All registered accepted papers are scheduled to be presented on the second day, and there will be panel discussion about “Big Data : Buying and Selling Privacy”.
Participants can do registration for gala dinner only, each days separately, or for full package. You need to fill registration form to register.

Ticket for Gala Dinner only can be purchased on site for Rp. 400,000. All on-site registration payment only can be made in IDR.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
There is no refund for cancellation of all ICoICT-related payment.

Additional Important Information
You must transfer the full registration amount to our account and must pay for the transferring fee the bank charges. Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt. Please include ICoICT 2016 and your name on the receipt if possible.
A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance must be emailed to info2016[at]icoict.org with “Registration – {Name}” as subject for payment confirmation For those who register as student, copy of student card must be attached to the e-mail. If the transferring name is different than the registered person then notify us immediately.
