Registration
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All conference attendees are advised to register before Early Bird Deadline to receive a discount on registration. Any registrations made after the Early Bird Deadline will be required to pay “Regular” registration fees.
The paper registration fee is required for an author to participate in our conference. The registration covers the cost of 1 author and 1 paper; any additional papers must be separately registered as an “Additional Paper”. Additional authors that aren’t presenting at the conference must register as a “Participant / listener” in order to attend. Anyone other than presenter of accepted papers can attend the conference and register as a “Participant / listener”.
ICoICT 2016 will be held in The Papandayan Hotel, Bandung, Indonesia. On May 25-27, 2016, we will have presentations from authors of accepted papers, keynote speakers, and industries. However, other event will have separated registration process and the details will be announced soon.
Note: Papers that will be submitted to IEEE Xplore are those that are accepted and presented in the conference.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
There is no refund for cancellation of all ICoICT-related payment.

Additional Important Information
You must transfer the full registration amount to our account and must pay for the transferring fee the bank charges. Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt. Please include the paper ID information on the receipt.
- A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance must be emailed to info2016[at]icoict.org with “Registration – {paper ID}” as subject for payment confirmation
. For those who register as IEEE member or student, copy of IEEE member card or student card must be attached to the e-mail. If the transferring name is different than the registered person then notify us immediately.
